Looking for a Business Analyst to work on our new projects.
This position involves periodic business trips to Europe. In Belarus, you will work from our office in Minsk or Gomel.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Analyze and map current business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Develop detailed functional specifications and system design documents
• Work closely with IT developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Provide occasional support and training to end-users
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and IT
• Late evening online meetings with product owner
• Business trips to Europe
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst for 4+ years
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (German is a plus)
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
